The context
Reaven is an Italian fashion brand with a precise identity: collections curated like narrative chapters, mid-to-high range garments and a drop sales model — limited-availability launches that concentrate demand and attention in short windows. The audience is young, follows the brand on social media and treats every launch as an event.
And the numbers are those of a real, fast-growing business: today the store handles around 3,000 orders per month, with annual revenue running at about €3 million. At this scale every technical detail has a price: an hour of slowdown during a drop, a tracking error or a checkout bug translate directly into revenue.
The challenge
A brand growing like this has two problems at once. First: pushing sales beyond the organic circle while keeping profitability — performance advertising able to scale without diluting the positioning. Second, less visible but daily: keeping the machine running — store, infrastructure, tools — as volumes climb, without an internal IT department.
The complexity was in the coordination: catalogue, creatives, campaigns and launch logistics must move together, across platforms with different logics, for an audience that recognises — and punishes — badly made advertising.
The solution
We are the brand’s 360-degree technical partner, with three fronts in the same hands — which is exactly XKDIGITAL’s operating model.
The store: a complete restyling of the Shopify e-commerce — design, structure, product pages, performance — which is the site live on reaven.co today, followed by ongoing management and maintenance: updates at every drop, purchase-flow optimisation, tracking configured to read the full journey from first touch to order.
The campaigns: a performance strategy on Meta and TikTok synchronised with the launch calendar — anticipation, launch, tail — with creatives tested in the platform’s language and budgets scaled only on combinations that hold up. Completing the picture, the TikTok affiliate partnership, an incremental sales channel consistent with the community.
The IT: ongoing consulting and technical assistance — tools, accounts, security, integrations — because an e-commerce handling thousands of orders a month is, above all, a system that must not stop.
The results
The campaigns generated over €1.2 million in tracked value on roughly €78,000 of budget managed across Meta and TikTok. But the most significant result is the trajectory: a brand growing towards €3 million a year on an infrastructure that holds the volumes, with budget decisions made on the previous launch’s data — not on gut feeling. When the technical partner is one, the speed from “we have an idea” to “it’s live” becomes a competitive advantage.
